All okadarich accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. okadarich does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
okadarich accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels:
okadarich reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your okadarich account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. okadarich is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. okadarich aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. okadarich reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by okadarich are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be held in a separate bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.
okadarich takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other conduct that okadarich determines to be an exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, okadarich reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
All bonuses issued by okadarich are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. okadarich is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotion terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, okadarich reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. okadarich's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided in the event of a technical malfunction.
All bets placed on okadarich are subject to acceptance by the platform. okadarich reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets that appear to have been placed in error. For sports betting, okadarich's rules on bet settlement, void bets, and in-play betting are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okadarich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
okadarich's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okadarich account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okadarich does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okadarich makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
okadarich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your okadarich account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the okadarich platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a game must be raised with okadarich within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. okadarich's decision on bet settlement disputes, once made following a full review, is final and binding.
okadarich reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okadarich will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the okadarich platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
